Why we use your Data

We use personal data for:

• Delivering training and handling bookings (including reminders/administration) — Contract 

• Taking payments and managing refunds/chargebacks — Contract 

• Responding to enquiries and providing support — Legitimate interests (running our business) 

• Security, fraud prevention, and keeping the website working — Legitimate interests 

• Keeping business/tax records — Legal obligation 

• Marketing emails (if used) — Consent (you can opt out any time)

Who we share Data with

We share data only with providers needed to run the site and deliver services:

• Wix (hosting/platform, including Wix Bookings) — Wix provides a Data Processing Agreement for Wix users and publishes an up-to-date list of its sub-processors and their locations. 

• Wix Payments (payment processing) — Wix Payments processes transactions through payment processors such as Adyen, Stripe, or PayPal (or affiliates), depending on the transaction and location. 

International Processing

Because our website runs on Wix, Wix and its sub-processors may process data in different countries. Wix publishes a list of sub-processors and their locations

How long we keep your Data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above (and to meet legal requirements)

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and (where enabled) for analytics. Under UK cookie rules (PECR), non-essential cookies require consent and users should be able to enable/disable them easily
